Company History

Century 21 Realty Team was created when two former Century 21 offices blended together. Both former companies had achieved strong successes and the merger & growth were predictable. Now 23 agents strong, from a total of 10 cities and towns across North Central Massachusetts, owners Nick & Jean Storrs are proud to say that at Realty Team “We know the territory, we care profoundly about serving our clients & customers and integrity is the yardstick to measure us by”.

Both Nick & Jeanie worked as agents for several years with a Century 21 office in Fitchburg prior to that company's becoming available for purchase. “We jumped at it! We knew we had the people skills and we've each been “vision” people,” they said. Ironically another Century 21 office just 4 miles away also soon became available and was acquired. These two companies were merged at the current downtown Leominster location.

Each agent with the company is a member of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors as well as the State & National associations. Many of the agents have been active in Board, local and state real estate activities. Numerous awards have been earned – Sales Associate of the Year, Presidential award for the NCMAR, 1 st place winner of Office Production for Century 21 and highest ranking Century 21 sales associate & office in all of central Mass.

The company is proud to have risen through the ranks since 1994. It is now in the top 20 consistently for production of the eastern Mass. Century 21 region, consisting of 155 offices. We are proud to have been the first Centurion office within Century 21 for western or central Massachusetts and continue to strive for Award-winning levels of production each year.

Certifications & Recognitions

The company is proud to have been earned the prestigious Quality Service award several times in recent years. This award is from Century 21 international and is earned by fewer than 20% of the Century 21 offices across the nation. In 2001 the company also earned the Pinnacle Quality Service award, earned by fewer than 400 companies in the world.
