TEAM SEPPA (Karl & Jude) has many years of real estate experience. Originally investors and home renovators, Karl & Jude are active, full-time REALTORS® bringing their past experiences into practice. Karl & Jude live in Fitchburg and have collectively lived in Central Mass over 50 years. They are the parents of three children living in Massachusetts and Colorado and are the grandparents of five. Karl had previously worked for Fitchburg Paper, where he was known as "Rich". After leaving the paper mill, he joined Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a licensed Auto Damage Appraiser. Jude relocated to the area to work at Digital Equipment Corp. in Westminster as a Distribution Manager. After 14 years of "life at dec" she became a Mary Kay Consultant in 1994. In the summer of 2004, she also opened a promotional products company, All Wrapped Up For You. In 2009, Jude returned to work in Marketing and Community Outreach for D'Ambrosio Eye Care, Inc. based in Lancaster, MA.
Both Karl & Jude have earned the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designation. They are qualified to work with prospective Buyers as Clients, representing their needs in the home-buying process. In 2008, the attended classes in Atlantic City, NJ to become two of the first REALTORS® in Massachusetts to attain the GREEN designation in eco-friendly housing.

Karl has also earned the Loss Mitigation Consultant (LMC) designation and extensive training in foreclosures and short sales.

Both have been active in the community with charity events and activities.
