After graduating from college, Lance worked in the mental health profession at Grafton State Hospital and as a counselor at the Friendly House in Worcester. Later, he changed professions to the Criminal Justice field. He served as Chief of Security for Globe Detective Agency, then as a district security manager and regional trainer for Zayre Corporation.

Years later he became director of loss prevention for The Fair department stores. His last position was a field manager for Purity Supermarkets and L’il Peach convenience stores.

In 1986 he moved to Fitchburg, stepped out of the corporate environment and began a business by franchising a L’il Peach in Leominster. Later he purchased Castleway Market, South Street Varity and Castleway Plaza in Fitchburg. Lance invested in Real Estate and gained a lot of experience in buying and selling single-family and multi-unit homes. His experience at being both a real estate customer and now a REALTOR® make him even more sensitive to your needs and expectations.
