Josephine began her Real Estate career in 1994 as a Sales Agent. She continued in this role for several years, before accepting the role of "Transaction Coordinator" in early 2001. This unique position is critical in keeping all of the paperwork and details together for each transaction in the office. Josephine uses her knowledge from her years as an agent to facilitate the process of the Home Buying or Selling experience.

Josephine and her husband, Roger, have three children and one grandchild. They live in the quiet town of Ashby with their 4 cats and 1 dog. In her spare time, Josephine enjoys spending time outdoors, especially when working in her vegetable or flower gardens.
