I have resided in the Fitchburg & Leominster area since 1946. Before that I made my home in Evansville, IN & Louisville, KY. I have served the Real Estate market since 1969.

My focus is the Northern Worcester County: Route 2 West to Orange, East to Concord and Lexington and south I-190 to the Worcester area. My area of expertise is working with sellers of Single Family Homes, Multi-Family income property and Family-type Business.

I consider myself to be a real problem solver. My experience in and out of Real Estate has given me the insight to recognize Real Estate problems before they become major issues.

My wife, Gloria, and I have been Real Estate Brokers since 1969. I am Commander of American Legion Post 151 here in Leominster. I am also coordinator for the Veteran’s Project 2000, which is a memorial walkway paved of bricks bearing the engraved names of Veterans. (If you know a Veteran, call me and I can help you honor him or her with an engraved brick.) To date, we are approaching the 1000 mark.
