CENTURY 21 Realty Team

Nick has been in the real estate business since 1988. He was an agent with CENTURY 21® Fontaine in Fitchburg for 7 yrs before he bought that company, soon followed by also purchasing CENTURY 21® Park Place of Leominster.

He has served the North Central MA Association of REALTORS® in numerous ways, on the Board of Directors, the Finance Committee, the Scholarship Committee (chair for past 11 years), Education Committee (chair for 2 years), the Facilities Committee. Nick has earned the following designations: GRI, RS, VIP®, CBR, and also is a Notary Public.

Nick graduated from Yale (B.A. 1960) and took his first job teaching in Switzerland (8 classes a day - 4 in English & 4 in French) for 2 years. The next 17 years he taught at the Applewild School in Fitchburg, teaching English, French, math and geography as well as serving as Athletic Director, Alumni Coordinator and newsletter & PR coordinator. For several years in the early ’80s Nick (and Jeanie) established and led a highly active Amway distributorship.

Nick grew up in Oyster Bay on Long Island, gaining his education at the Pomfret School in CT followed by Yale. He & Jeanie bought their current home in Lunenburg in 1969. Nick & Jeanie have 2 grown children, Leslie (Vassar grad, currently an agent with CENTURY 21® Realty Team) and Rich (Yale grad, a past director of the Nature’s Classroom site in Lakeside, CT and currently an 8th grade Social Studies teacher in East Hampton, CT).
